I have been a member of this credit union for 40 years. All of the staff is exceptional. During my most recent interaction with Alejandro Llano, I was very pleased with his customer service. He is very professional, patient, and thorough in explaining anything being requested. I had several repeated request and he was very helpful in providing me with everything needed. I highly recommend JetStream Federal Credit Union and Alejandro Llano for excellent customer service.

I am very thankful that I found a Credit Union where I can trust! Melissa Rossi helped me open an account, refinanced my car and also provided me information about all the great options the institution offers. Melissa is very kind, friendly and knowledgeable! I would recommend if you go to this location of JetStream that you ask for Melissa Rossi to help you, I’m sure you won’t regret it.

I just opened a new account today and I LOVED Rodrigo's energy. He was so upbeat and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend coming. Everyone seems so inviting and nice and if you can ask for Rodrigo, he's the best!!!!!

I started banking with with Jetstream Federal Credit Union a couple of years ago, let me tell you about my adventure. I banked at another credit union but I was not Happy until I came across Jetstream. It was recommended by Melissa Rossi. So i went in and opened multiple accounts and I have been amazed by how the service all around is . I have commercial, personal and a car loan accounts , I cant thank Melissa Rossi enough for always helping me and my family which also opened multiple accounts. I am forever grateful to her and Jetstream for being there for my every needs. I would strongly recommend Melissa Rossi and Jetstream to anyone. Thank you
